Doctors in busy clinics see 60–100 patients a day and have no time to write notes. Records end up incomplete, which hurts follow-up care and makes insurance claims hard.
The doctor speaks naturally, mixing Urdu, Punjabi or Hindi with English medical terms, and the app produces a structured note: complaint, history, examination, diagnosis and prescription. Notes go into the clinic's record system or a printed slip for the patient.
Revenue: monthly subscription per doctor (about $15), with clinic and hospital plans.
