Carbon-neutral last-mile delivery with cargo bikes
E-cargo bike delivery for restaurants and shops in dense city centres.

Starter ideas, free for anyone to build
City centres in Europe are adding low-emission zones and banning vans at certain hours, while online orders keep growing. Delivery vans also get stuck in traffic and park illegally.
Electric cargo bikes operating from small micro-hubs on the edge of the city centre. Parcel companies and local shops hand over parcels at the hub, and our riders deliver the last few kilometres quickly and without emissions.
Revenue: per-parcel fee to carriers and retailers, plus subscriptions for local shops doing same-day delivery.
Looking for a co-founder with logistics operations experience and investors for the first micro-hub.
This is a starter idea from the UnbuiltHub team. Nobody owns it: if you'd like to build it, share your own version and find your team here.
