SMS queue tickets for crowded public clinics
Patients get a queue number by SMS and wait outside instead of in crowded halls, with alerts when it's their turn.

At public hospitals in Lahore or Nairobi, patients arrive at dawn and wait all day in crowded halls, often missing work and spreading infections. Staff have no way to tell people how long the wait is.
Patients get a queue number by SMS when they register, see their position by replying to a short code, and receive a message when they are five patients away. It works on any basic phone, no app or internet needed. Clinics get a simple screen to call the next patient and see waiting times.
Revenue: low monthly fee per clinic paid by hospitals, NGOs or health departments; SMS costs covered by sponsors.
Looking for a developer with SMS gateway experience and someone who has worked with public hospitals or health NGOs.
This is a starter idea from the UnbuiltHub team. Nobody owns it: if you'd like to build it, share your own version and find your team here.
