Hyperlocal job board for blue-collar workers

Electricians, drivers, cooks and security guards find work mostly through word of mouth. Employers can't find reliable workers quickly, and workers miss jobs just a few streets away.

A simple app in Urdu and English where workers create a profile by voice (skills, experience, area), and employers post jobs by area. Matches happen within a few kilometres, with calls connected through the app to protect phone numbers.

Revenue: employers pay to post or boost jobs; free for workers. Larger employers can subscribe for bulk hiring.
