Students need experience to get a job, and need a job to get experience. Many can't afford unpaid summer internships, especially outside big cities.
Companies post short paid projects of 10–40 hours: a market research brief, a logo refresh, a data-cleaning task. Students apply with a short pitch, deliver remotely, and get paid plus a verified reference on their profile.
Revenue: companies pay the project fee plus 15% on top. Universities pay for a careers dashboard showing their students' work.
